Standard Enrollment Implementation Services

  • Establish timing and benefits to be communicated
  • Select enrollment service method
  • Set schedules and make travel arrangements for on site enrollments
  • Order printed materials as needed from carriers/vendors
  • Establish data exchange parameters
  • Understand and communicate rate and benefit structures to be enrolled

  • Collect and upload benefit enrollment information to EBS systems for both pre-tax and post-tax
    • Employer contributions

  • Receive and process election terminations and changes during enrollment period
  • Review enrollment data and paper applications for accuracy
  • Communicate collected enrollment information to payroll, HR/benefits and/or carriers, as agreed
  • Process paper and electronic applications and provide to carrier, as required
  • Communicate any enrollment or application adjustments to employer and carriers, as needed
