MyFlexonline Online Account System

Welcome to our new online account balance system. If you have previously logged on to the new account balance system and activated your account, you can use this site to:

  • View your account balance
  • Change your user information
  • Contact us
  • Get claims filing information

Please note: this system is for Flex and Transit client use only. If you do not have an active account, you will not be able to use this site.

Account Activation:

You can activate and view your account at www.myflexonline.com

Instructions for Account Activation:

Go to www.myflexonline.com. You will see a screen that looks like this:



Select 'New User' from the menu to the right of the username and password (under Additional Options.) You will see a screen that looks like this: (Note: this sample shows some of the information filled in by the user.)



Enter your SSN, date of birth, e-mail address and all other information. This is to verify that you have an existing account and need to activate the account for future use. This information is encrypted and will not be used for any other purpose than for that which is stated here.

Note: Date of birth is a required field however, often the date of birth is not shared with EBS during the enrollment process. If you find that your date of birth does not allow you access to the system, try again with the default date of "01/01/1900".

Click the 'Continue' button at the bottom of this screen. You will then be asked to verify your zip code:



Your account will now be active and you will see a screen that looks like the following. (Note: the image below is a test screen; the screen you should see will have your own account information.)
