The following are considered eligible expenses for Commuter Choice Programs:
If you commute to work using mass transit and incur and expense for:
- Buses
- Trains
- Ferry Boats
- Vanpools
Or if your employer is offering a parking reimbursement option and you:
- Drive to work and incur an expense for parking at
- Mass transit location
- Parking lot near work
- Incur an expense for parking your van and you are a vanpool operator
